Horrible service no one helps you all you get is automated responses. I have paid for my wifi and sent them proof of payment and am still not connected it's been a whole day now with out wifi. I can't have humans helping me because all their responses are automated which is so frustrating and some of us work from home and depend heavily on wifi. They keep saying I have outstanding payment which I don't
