Horrible service

Ever since the new 4G fall back feature was introduced I haven’t had any internet connection during the day. The only time there is some form of internet connection is between 10pm and 6am, anytime after that my router is stuck on 4g with no internet connection. I’ve called several times and opened a ticket which was “escalated” but I haven’t gotten any feedback. Sent a message to the WhatsApp line but no feedback(useless).

I’m stuck without Wi-Fi as we speak and have to spend money on data while I pay for uncapped Wi-Fi every month.
