Horrible service

I registered with them or te R250 p/m package and the I receive an email that I owe R1500, I've been trying to contact them from morning through their website they keep on saying someone will contact me and even now no one. I've tried again and they keep on saying the same thing. Their service is really poor and this a day light ******* from R250 to R1500
