Horrible service

To be honest i will never again recommend your services to anyone. I have cancelled my services with rain but still got debited and this month again after I have been advised by on of your agents that I will get my refund once the modem gets collected. 9 emails later still no response even after I went to Facebook,you guys choose to ignore my messages but my money is good for you to take. I demand that you guys resolve this matter
