HORRIBLE SERVICE

The service is horrible,i sign up for this network few months ago, thinking its was month to month as agreed,i didn't want any contract that will tire me even when my finance doesn't allow. Last month my finance didn't allow me to pay and i was happy not to pay because i thought is "month to month" my service was disconnected and i was ok with that. Now i wanted to pay for my service only to find out that i owe R1118.00 which means i owe last month aswell ,i called the customer services and they said i should've checked the T&S because the money will continue to pail up if i don't pay, i asked to cancel my account since i wont be able to pay so much money and they refused am so disappointed in the service.
