Horrible Service

I am extremely disappointed with Rain’s service. I never signed up for a contract; my account was a month-to-month setup. When I tried to cancel, I was suddenly told that I’m on a contract, which is completely untrue.

I always made manual payments, yet without my consent Rain has now started debiting directly from my account. This is unacceptable and feels like *****ulent behaviour.

On top of that, the service itself is terrible. The device barely works, and the support is just as poor.

I’m requesting immediate correction of my account, cancellation of this so-called “contract,” and for Rain to stop debiting my account without permission.
