HORRIBLE SERVICE

Firstly : Debit orders are ALWAYS processed on the 25th of every month. ALL my debit orders have been successful since inception since 2020!!! over 4 years
Secondly : My FIRST notice that I received of any "payment due" was received at 17:55 on 20.05.2024. I received NO communication / email regarding payment prior to 20.05.2024. EVEN on the app there was no notices until 20.05.2024.
Thirdly : My services was suspended yesterday
FIX THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM!

You really need to re-evaluate sending your accounting department to INDIA. RAIN is a South African company is it not???
Firstly. My debit orders have been on the 25th of every month since inception in 2020.
WHO gave YOU permission to change my payment date to the 1st? This is considered ***** as I have not given any instruction OR Agreed to my debit order date being on the 1st of every month.
GO BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM... THE DEBIT ORDERS have been going off on the 1st of EVERY MONTH SINCE INCEPTION in 2020.
My rating wont change! RAIN messed up the account since the account is now done in INDIA. I'm disgusted by this treatment.... Not surprised that the score for RAIN have reduced significantly.
But Since customer service isn't part of RAIN's values, I think it might be time to have a look at other SP's since I'm only a number right....
