HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have been using rain for a while but lately it’s been horrible. The network is always bad it doesn’t matter how many times I reboot the router, I’m constantly losing connection. Last week I changed my debit order date to the 1st (it was previously the 25th in the evenings but the money reflects so they switch off my connection when they don’t get the payment). Anyway even though I changed my debit order to the 1st, on the 26th I made an early payment using a link they sent me. On the 1st they tried to charge me again which was unsuccessful. I spoke to Leila from Billing and she acknowledged the payment I made on the 26th and she said they will call me back (no one has called me).

Now I am getting messages that they are going to switch off my connection if I don’t make another payment. That’s absurd because WHY MUST I MAKE A DOUBLE PAYMENT?!!!! All Rain cares about is their money nothing more. It used to be the best Internet provider but lately the service has deteriorated.
