Horrible service

Absolutely horrible service. My internet has been giving problems since a week ago. Every day I have been on my phone talking to your robot that helps nothing. Asking me the dumbest questions. And then it logs a call then I wait for 24hours then nobody calls me. That went on for the whole of last week. Finally on Sunday someone called me. The women can't even pronounce the names of the suburbs in johannesburg. Sounds if she comes from the eastern side of the world. So then this lady takes me on this roller-coaster what to do with the router. Switching it of, moving it around and doing a factory reset. After I was done with her the signal was even worse of. I don't know what she did but I can't use the wifi at all. Then she tells me the problem is something she can't do someone out of their technical team will assist me. And guess what it's more than 24 hours later and not one person has called me back. I think this is the ****est service ever. You guys ****ed my whole business for a week I had to go work where I could get wifi. I swear I'll smash this router of yours. Can't believe you expect me to pay you money the end of the month after what you guys have done to me.
