Horrible Rain service
2nd review..no feedback on the 1st one?? This company is so *********** and unprofessional and so are there staff! My issue has not been resolved for over a month now and no one seems to know what they are doing, especially server agent Akhona Tshabalala.. And when she cant handle a customer complaint, she starts threatening me?? I will not let this go

07 Jan 2022, 07:26They came and found that there is no signal in our area due to the tower going down over a month ago.. they advised the service agent, Akhona Tshabalala of this who was supposed to call me back, after 2 days i called her and when she could not handle the heat she started threatening me, how is this even acceptable behaviour?? I was also told i will be credited on my account but no one is replying to my billing tickets i am loging? I need answers urgently
