Horrible Rain Service!!!!

I was due for receiving my Rain 5G sim and Router on 4 May 2023. Received only my Sim Card and immediately reported that I did not receive my router. I waited patiently and followed up with no ETA on delivery! Was told that this is a current problem that many customers only received their Sim Card. So I cannot use my Sim in another device and I have to pay additional for data due to me not having the router!! Asked for a credit on my account and said he could not do that!
