HORRIBLE RAIN NETWORK

When i started using Rain, sometime last year it was nice and not constantly failing as it does now. I can't even watch a video without it buffering the way it is so bad. I think it is a waste of money, rather pay more for something that makes you happy than paying for false promises. I think they are now having many customers hence the network is so bad.

I'm fed-up with this network really.
