HORRIBLE RAIN G5 DEVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been recommended to make use of this product, G5 WiFi. Since early March I until today, from receiving a total non-working device till replacing same device, and virtually zero signal connection for virtually 95% of the day, this being a mere PLUG & PLAY device as been told by Rain, absolute 0% customer service despite numerous customer call - not being answered, numerous complaints lodged with their so-called customer care (***, ***, ***, *** & ***) since 28/04/2020 until yesterday - NO RAIN customer service in existence - PLEASE PUBLIC - STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOTAL **** BUSINESS - IT IS *****ING YOUR MONEY WITH ABSOLUTE A HORRIBLE MISS-LEADING PRODUCT & ZERO SERVICE. I'm returning their **** device today and will reverse their ******* deduction from my bank account - simply had enough of this Company and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
