Horrible Rain

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

Rain is horrible! I AM so upset. I decided to end my subscription with rain after getting my wifi with Mweb(vuma wifi) who are great by the way...exceptional! I went into my account and cancelled it myself then confirmed the CANCELATION with a consultant over the phone as well. Today rain billed me for cancelled subscription. Horrible network, horrible service.
