Horrible non existent wifi service!!!!!

I am a first time wifi user, I would never recommend Rain to anybody, I took their once off sim deal, at 10mbps what a joke! I dont even get 0.34 of anything I can buy r10 cell c data and download a movie in 20/30 minutes with my rain unlimited data it takes like 7 days to try and even download the same movie, I would of reccomend rain to everyone I know, if it was an amazing provider but it's the worst I have seen in my life, I cant use it at all!!! I'm extremely unhappy! Its pathetic really!
