HORRIBLE NEWTORK AND SERVICE

I have called the call center 4 time today, The call was answered twice and the other 2 agents hung up the call, each time I wait about 20 minutes until the call is answered. This is about the 50th call in the last 2 months. The service has deteriorated drastically. There is no load shedding in our area and where the tower is that we are connected to but the WIFI is off. The 2 references that I have received is *** and *** but the agents is not escalating my tickets but they cannot fix the problem. No one is calling me back with any feedback. I'm at my wits end with RAIN
