Horrible Network Service Provider- RAIN

i wrote a review about the bad experience i had with RAIN. They debited my account and failed to help me connect to their network. I cancelled on their app but that did not stop them from continuing to deduct (twice now) with no access to their network. I had to change my bank cards to stop them. No one is calling me even after someone wrote on Hello Peter that they will call me and stop this. This is a horrible service provider and the whole country must know how they really treat their clients. They don't care about service but just to take your money.
