Horrible network & Service!

We cancelled our wifi and called them to let them know only for them to keep deducting money which is declining and adding up bank charges. they sent a message saying they will collect but keep it active until they collect only for them to switch off and want to deduct money from the account. Not only that, but they charge a ridiculous amount for very slow network, you need to disconnect all your devices just to use wifi on a single device, its absolutely disheartening to be paying so much for a lousy service!
