Horrible network provider !

Pathetic SERVICE!!! My router keeps saying “No internet connection”! HOW AM I PAYING R600 every month to have no connection whole DAY! For the past week already, I am so extremely ****ed and disappointed! Calling their support agents, been waiting for someone to pick up the phone for over an half an hour! Sunday I called and a agent said a technician will get back to me and a ticket has been lodged still waiting to be contacted by the technician, turn around time is apparently 24 hours, 4 days later still no call back!
