Horrible network performance and next to zero client support

Been struggling with horrible connection for over 2 weeks now. Complained about it 2 weeks ago. What did rain do? Nothing, absolutely not is being done to fix the problem of their congested towers. They merely reply to your complaints so that the public does not get the impression that they ignore their clients. But that's exactly what they do, reply and then job done, now they can forget about you and reply to the next clients. I will keep complaining to spread the awareness and going forward I will post their responses on social media for all to see what it's like trying to resolve an issue with them.
