Horrible network horrible service

We sent Rain an email 2months ago to cancel my mom's subscription and that was not done, they deducted the money and we said nothing hoping they would refund. We called them on 26th of March and spoke to Kekeletso *** and was assured a refund would be processed and that the subscription was canceled but to our surprise funds were deducted. I mean really. We struggled with network with Rain and now are struggling to get this cancelled. Can we please get this resolved ASAP. THE R479 they are deducting is not just extra funds nx
