Horrible Network Experience

I have been experiencing network down time in Orlando east for almost 6 months now, I have complained about the network various time however the customer service is not helpful, I have been various solution as if my router has a problem while the problem is their network cutting off. The network it connects and disconnects for 15 to 30 min, and since am working from home it becomes very stressing for me.
