Horrible network coverage

Rain has the worst network coverage. The lady who assisted me, did it well but I think she was not honest with the network coverage in my area. I received my Router and SIM cards today and the Router network worked perfectly fine for 10min after that everything went south. I tried moving it around but my network is still poor. Getting Rain is not a good idea.
