Horrible network connection

I am using rainOne wifi and their network is horrible since from last year December 2024 to-date and I logged my complaint via their ticket service on their app but guess what no response from this company. Honestly most of rain network users in my area are fed-up and not pleased with this network.Even their self network testing system is not doing any justice. When it is raining or windy it is touchering to watch this network dying a fast death on us.Can rain investigate this matter and services us equally as they have increased (hiked)their subscription and expect us to pay them every month. we expect good and quality service from their side it is not as if we are using their services for free.
