Horrible Network and service, with no turnaround time for resolution.

Horrible service from Rain (Wifi) over the past two weeks. Network is down 60%-70% of the day. I have escalated the matter on numerous occasions, however they keep giving the same feedback, that their tower is down and technicians are working on the matter. They do not have a turn around time, and I am left without internet.

Now a days, there isn't much one can do without internet and when you have a service provider, they should be able to resolve your complaint or at the very least give you a timeframe of when the matter will be resolved, they cannot keep saying towers are down and technicians are working on it but nothing gets resolved, days later. How are the towers being worked on when there are moments, sometimes a couple of hours a day when there is connection, thereafter it goes off again, why can connectivity not remain with the tower that gives signal for some periods during the day?
