Horrible network

Hands down the worst ISP, ever since i signed i have had issues with the network! Its either no internet connection or very slow speed. I have been complaining about this since day 1 problem was never really sorted. I finally became fed up and stopped complaining to them. I can hardly search something on the internet cannot even watch a short video clip without buffering yet my account gets debited every month for a useless service. When i called in on the few occasions the only thing technicians is move your router to different spot, well i have done all this and more. I think they are well aware that they cannot provide a service in certain areas but they keep signings up new client under false pretenses knowing full well that they cannot keep their promises.
