Horrible network

This has to the horrible network service provider I have ever used in my life. The network is either extremely slow or not there at all. I chose this network for work purposes and I suffer cz I wait for hours trying to download my work and I have to work extra hours to come up for lost time. Absolutely horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. Plus customer service is also bad, called in with a sima card error and the agent wrote my address incorrectly after I told her 3 times my correct address and my sim card for a sim swap was delivered late becasue she was incompetence, Ram courrier fixed that problem for them. I'm definately moving to other services next month.
