Horrible network

I would not recommend Rain to my worst enemy, the service is horrible. I purchased one of their products in July, money was immediately deducted from my account. But i still dont have access to the internet, I tried calling to cancel but they keep giving me the run around. It's been more than 5 months waiting on these people.
