Horrible Network!!!!

No rating is more appropriate! I'm sick and tired of this horrible network provider where I pay for a service every month but never have internet connection!!!

I've logged multiple tickets and some were just ignored and called multiple times but still nothing. Some of us work from home and this ****ty network could lead to us losing our jobs!
