Horrible network

The most horrible network connection ever half the time the is no internet connection i have been in contact with rain many times they will tell you to reset the router move it from point a to point be nothing work I asked them for my refund for all the times I have no network connection no response from them clearly am been ****med because why would I pay for unavailable service.
