Horrible internet speeds

My upload speeds and download speeds are **********. I get 745kb download and ****b upload. I'm well in their coverage area and I've even changed the wifi channel to get the best speeds and it still hasn't worked. I've gotten faster speeds on MTN, Vodacom and Telkom. Rain is cheap but their speeds are ridiculously slow
