Horrible internet service provider: RAIN

Rain is the worst internet provider I ever used. I pay for the service but I have been without internet for two weeks now if you get connection it will be for a very short time. When you call them they will always tell you the same thing every day to reset your device which doesn't make any difference. They will tell you that they escalated your query a technician will be in contact in the next 24 hours in that 24hours you will only get the email which tell you the same thing that doesn't work to reset your device
