Horrible Internet Service Provider
I have been with RAIN for almost 5yrs. I have endured any issures with RAIN. Recently, I have been finding myself (with my family) without Internet. When I log calls via their app, i get a message saying that someone will get back to me about the query. Guess what, no one ever gets back to the customer. When I do finally call their call centre, I am in shock as the calls are answered by strange people with strange accents (Sound more like Indians). There is a huge communication barrier as I cannot understand when they speak and makes me very uncomfortable giving out my personal information.
Here are the tickets I have logging: #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** #*** These are just some of the incidents for the month of November and December. Did not include ones for August, September and October. I would love for an immediate cancelation. I cannot be paying for a service I am not getting anything in return. I wish I can also get my money back for all the days I was without internet as I paid for a service I did not get.
We're really sorry your rain experience hasn't been as good as you expected.

The last time I was told i would be credited for the days I did not have internet. Till today, no credit but rather end of the month, normal debit order. In addition, you stated that "sites you are currently connected to are experiencing technical difficulties" - now this has been happening frequently and I feel like RAIN does not care to fix these base stations where I am supposed to be connected to. All the time when I call, I am told that technicians are working on it to fix it. Then, BOOM a week later I don't have internet anymore.
Can I first get my credit and how much?
