Horrible Internet service

Only giving it a 1 star rating because I cant give a Zero. For the first month I had the 4g unlimited package it worked perfectly fine. For the next two months it was okay with a bit of down time, For the 3rd month I could not use the internet at all during the day and only came right at about 10pm and that is no use for working from home as I work 8am to 5pm. Horrible customer service, actually nothing at all because you can never speak to someone, you always get the same "I'm sorry" email back. They really need to step it up to be a ISP
