Horrible internet provider with no customer service
Rain internet provider has terrible service. The internet service started off great but then got worse and worse. Intermittent to no internet. When you call the call center you hold on for over 30 minutes and they keep saying put the rooter off and on. It doesn’t work! No help at all. I am switching to another provider.
