Horrible internet network and service.

I signed up for Rain's 4G unlimited data. Little did I know that I'm putting myself in a horror movie. The network is very slow. Sometimes I can't even access any internet page. I can't access YouTube especially during the day. The sad part is there is no helpline. You can only send an email. But they never come back to you. I have since sent two emails already with complaints. I have accepted that they will never assist me. Rain's is such a nonsense.
