Horrible internet connection

We will be canceling our contract with rain due to constant network issues and yet the monthly installment has gone up but the service is worse than ever before.

Can't be paying for something that doesn't work.

Been restarting and rebooting the router but there's still no internet connection it hasn't worked for the past 4 days now!!!
