Horrible internet connection and customer service

I have been on the call with them for an 1 hour with some Indian guy who was just in a rush and doesn't want to listen to why I called, then I spoke to a different guy but still no gets to tell me what the issue is I stay 0.33km from the network tower, I updated my address on the portal and also have the 5G premium but the speed I receive is less than 10mps for both download and upload, while the package promised to offer me 100mps on upload and download.
