Horrible internet

I am extremely disappointed with Rain’s service. Despite paying R650 every month, I constantly struggle with no internet access due to their unreliable network. The connection is frequently slow or completely unavailable, making it impossible to work, study, or even browse. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but the issue remains unresolved. For the price I’m paying, I expect a stable and functional connection, not constant frustration. Rain needs to fix their network problems and compensate customers for the downtime. Until there’s a significant improvement, I cannot recommend Rain to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look for a provider that actually delivers what they promise.
