Horrible, I have called them over 50times, logged over 20 calls, escalated to 3 Managers and went into there store and dealt with a Rude Manager that has no idea what Customer experience is

Horrible, I have called them over 50times, logged over 20 calls, escalated to 3 Managers and went into there store and dealt with a Rude Manager that has no idea what Customer experience is. It's been 4 Months and still no resolve and not a single call back.
