Horrible, horrible service.

Where do I start?

I have formally written a request over a year ago to rain, not only that. I have called and recieved reference numbers from agents. I have logged calls with your support,

Requesting you to cancel my service .

Rain has FAILED to do so, Rain continues sending me smss that I owe them whereas I am using an alternative service provider so why would I need Rain? I am going to escalate this matter forward, I do have my proof that I've requested numerous times and called to so you cancel my service as I don't need it. I am going to escalate this matter
