Horrible horrible service

Currently exoeriencing horrible issue.I purchaed a loop form Rain on perging option and had 25 gig data…this in less than a month i have had to top up 3 times since 19 Nov when the loop was delivered.i recently paid for my currnt monthsly subscritpion and already sm out of data.So i request to change to unlizone as it has unlimited data.was asked to pay prorata amount which i processed.Now its giving me 10 gig data and I ask them why via their chatbot and no assistance until now 2 hours later am still holding..their bit says it does not understand me…but it understood when i had to pay..now i have paid…chatbot doesnt understand me
