Horrible experience

I lost my sim card last month- the whole of June i didnt have the data, I also did have the money on my account . on the 27th i got the money and Rain debited my account, today (01July 2024) i was debited again . 1)Why was i debited while you closed your services 2) My sim card is not working, i have been requesting for sim-swap without any success - you guys a huge ****mers and *********** being, i want my refund and i will do whatever it takes to get my hard earned money

You guys a con-artist .. the data was closed the whole of June pleease send proof that data was used the whole month of June .. show me how many gigs did I use. Why won't use the data if it was open.? I have been warned about you the whole month.
Below is your reference.. I have waited for the Sim card forever and don't even know how to get a new one

I want my June money and you already debited the July amount while I don't have data . Please send me Sim swap so that I can use my July money and cancel this nonsense

The level of incompetence at rain is on another level
I spoke to someone who said I can go to this shop they close at 18H00 , I drove after work 15min to the opposite direction to my house only to find a close shop. Shop closed @17H00 there is even a sticker outside indicating such. I was there 17h08 and the shop was already closed
Please note that I am still waiting for my June refund and since you could not assist me , instead costed me both fuel and time today to have me drive to shop that is already closed.

I want both my June and July refund I am canceling this nonsense

wher in the contract does it say that nonse?????????????????? - send me the contract weher i signed for that .please send me the numbers of the Ombudsman who governs your business I want to lodge a formal complain it is my right to do so and your obligation to provide me such - I will fight this to the constitutional court if need be
