Horrible experience

Rain is bad news I never gave them authorization to a debit order , they still try and debit my account . I called and requested that my contract be cancelled, my personal details removed and forgotten, and to make arrangements to collect their Router, This was 14 days ago, they have not cancelled or called , my detail still sitting on their App I have requested from support to call me 20 times as they do not answer at the call centre, and you wait and wait, while you get charged for the call. I honestly do not see how a Company with such non existing service should be allowed to do business in our Country, they should be banned .
