HORRIBLE. DONT GET RAIN

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. The debit order goes off and they don't allocate it to your account so it says you owe money. Then they keep trying to take money from your account because it's in 'arrears' but it's not. I've paid on the 15th and today is the 2nd it's still shows outstanding. I've lodge multiple tickets called multiple times but nothing gets done.

Yes we cancelled it and paid the last installment but it's not reflecting. We paid in July and it still not on our account. We will not pay another cent. You keep trying to take money
