HORRIBLE, DON'T DO IT!!!

Worst decision I've ever made was seeking services from rain, they're very ***********, they **** and said they would get a technician to have a look at my router and nobody came, connection was horrible and when I finally canceled on the 6th day because it was useless for me to keep that's when they sent someone. Continued to cancel and it's been a month of waiting for them to process my refund. When you call they hang up on you and say they don't know.
