Horrible customer service from rain
Rain service is horrible, they deducted twice from my father's account then they told him the next payment will be on the 25th of September but they have been trying to deduct money since yesterday and they switch off the wifi. When you call nobody answers the phones, or they don't respond to emails. I'm switching to another company
