Horrible customer service from RAIN

Poor service from these okes.

For the past 5+ months we have been paying our monthly subscription on the 25th of each month, and the last payment date was on the 25 July 2023.

2 days ago we decided to change the next payment date on their website from the 25th Aug to 1st Sep 2023. Post that, WIFI is now not working and we are told that the amount is now overdue.

This is poor services and high level of incompetence, and we are told they cannot assist further. They indicating that payment has always been on the first, which is a lie and there are invoices on their website indicating payments made on the 25th consistently.

Their systems must be that horrible to not check changes actioned on account info and change request dates.

Horrible! Pathetic!
