Horrible customer service from Rain.

Rain is such a horrible company to work with.

Firstly they sell you lies by telling you that you pay the Wi-Fi month to month and don't have to pay if you don't need the service. They'd switch the wifi off and still expect you to pay full amount month end😢😢

Secondly they will NEVER call you back no matter how many call back request you may submit. So you are sitting with a problem that can never be solved because its hard to reach them and they never respond

I regret terribly by signing up with this network. Extremely poor customer service. I won't recommend this network to anyone

I want to cancel my contract ASAP.
