Horrible customer service and lack of delivery.

I bought a sim card from Rain on the 28th of May and they advertising they will deliver in 7 working days.Within the 7 days I received a email from Ram with my tracking details , a week after I contacted Ram to ask why I have not received my package and they responded and said they were requested by Rain to send back my package to them. I emailed on the 11th of June to ask why they requested my package back and when I will receive it or I would like my money back. I paid for the 479 package and I have never received any communication about the delay or response back from my email.

I would not recommend anyone to use the provider because they have made customer service and I have seen a lot of complaints from other customers.

After receiving a response from Fattima, I responded back with my details and still today I am waiting for a sim card/refund or some explanation from Rain as to what is happening with my purchase.

At this point I just a refund cause I do not longer want to use their service.
